Terms and conditions

By booking a trek with Fitz Roy Expediciones you accept these terms and our booking and cancellation policy.

Bookings and payment

Your place is confirmed once we receive payment and send written confirmation. Cancellation, changes and bad weather are covered in the booking policy.

On the mountain

Activities depend on weather, terrain and the group. The guide may change the time, route or goal for safety, and reaching a lake or summit is not guaranteed.

Your part

Tell us before the trek about any medical condition, allergy or restriction, bring the gear on the list and follow the guide’s instructions. We recommend travel insurance covering trekking and evacuation.

National Park

The Los Glaciares National Park entrance is not included unless the trek says so, and its rules apply.
